St Paul's, Ashford Hill

St Paul’s Church, Ashford Hill is an elegant Victorian gothic church with a spire whose foundations were laid in October 1844.  The church was consecrated on 2 December 1845. The spire was completed in 1850.  Set in its own large churchyard, this church building offers a light and airy and flexible interior with excellent organ and acoustics and seats upwards from 200.  It is often used for concerts, arts events, community meals and dances

St Paul’s is usually open during daylight hours to welcome visitors.  If you would specifically like to see the interior of the churches at a time outside of public worship, please contact us to ensure it is open when you wish to visit.

Worship at St Paul’s takes various forms ranging from a traditional early morning Prayer Book Holy Communion to modern language Communion service to a much more informal All Age Worship which sometimes includes Communion. Please see the calendar for more information on our forthcoming services and social events.
